Application Techniques
1. The product is applicable to double-sided spraying and gluing.
2. Spraying area: about 12m2/kg.
3. The glue should be evenly sprayed without any glue deposition or missed place;
4. The air pressure of spray gun should be kept between 3-8 kgs;
5. Proper force should be applied in the bonding process to ensure better bonding effect.
Application Process
1. The product should be evenly sprayed on the surface of the object to be bonded, and the material surface should be clean and free of any grease, dust or other impurities;
2. The product should be evenly sprayed on the material surface with a nozzle;
3. After the surface is evenly sprayed, the object bonded should be placed for 1-5 minutes. If your hand does not stick the glue when touching the glue line, you may put pressure for bonding;
4. Proper pressure will make the bonding effect better, and the tensile force will reach the maximum 24 hours after bonding.
Dos and Don'ts
1. The spraying workshop should be isolated from other workshops, and the operators should wear protective equipment;
2. The product is a chemical product. Therefore, it should be placed out of the reach of children and away from fire and moisture. Please refer to MSDS for details.
3. The user’s material, purpose and process are beyond our control. Therefore, a user is encouraged to sample and test the product before batch use. We only warrant that the quality of the products supplied is consistent with that of the samples confirmed. The clients are obliged to sample and seal up the product. If a user does not sample the product or uses the wrong sample first, all quality problem in the product should be borne by such user.
4. The product should be stored in a cool and dry place (5-35℃).
