Industrial UV Primer UV56W is a UV surface treatment product specifically developed for EVA materials, suitable for both compression-molded and injection-molded EVA components. It requires activation by a UV irradiation system, offering fast curing, easy process control, and low energy consumption - making it an excellent fit for automated, high-speed production lines.

This primer cures rapidly upon UV exposure, delivering high reaction efficiency. The treated surface is smooth and free of flow marks, providing an ideal foundation for subsequent high-performance adhesive bonding. One of its most outstanding advantages is its excellent yellowing resistance. When used on white or light-colored EVA products, it maintains long-term color stability without yellowing or discoloration. 1. After cleaning the shoe material surface, apply this primer evenly using a brush or cloth.
2. Drying time: Dry in an oven at 55±5°C for 2–4 minutes, then cure using a UV irradiation system.
3. After UV curing, store the treated EVA in a light-protected environment. It should be used within 48 hours.
4. Apply adhesive evenly after UV curing, ensuring full and uniform coverage without insufficient glue or excessive buildup.
