4001AB
YRBEST
The 4001A/B water-based spray adhesive is a two-component, fast-drying, eco-friendly adhesive featuring low odor, strong initial tack, and excellent spray stability. It produces minimal overspray, offers a longer open time than conventional two-component adhesives, and provides excellent resistance to water, heat, and aging after complete drying.
It is widely used for bonding foam, fabric, and leather, and can be applied on single or double sides.

|---|---|
| Product Model | 4001A |
| Appearance | White emulsion |
| Viscosity (25℃) | 2000 ± 500 cps |
| Solid Content | 45 ± 3% |
| Drying Time (room temperature) | Immediate tack after spraying |
| Storage Temperature | 5–35℃ |
| Shelf Life | 12 months |
Use professional two-component spray equipment and spray guns for application.
Mix with component 4001B in a recommended ratio of 3–5:1 (A:B). Apply 50–80 g/m² evenly.
Spray on the substrate surface in an environment above 0°C.
The adhesive develops tack immediately at room temperature.
Avoid spraying too thick to prevent glue accumulation.
Maintain a spraying distance of 15–25 cm. For fabrics with dense or hairy surfaces, use slightly higher pressure and a shorter spraying distance to ensure the glue penetrates to the base layer for stronger bonding.
Ensure the material surface is clean, free from grease, dust, or contaminants.
Spray evenly onto the substrate surface.
After spraying, materials can be bonded directly.
Apply appropriate pressure for 5–30 seconds (especially for edge folding or hem bonding). Full bond strength is reached after 24 hours.
