Application: This product is specifically designed for the waterproofing and hardening treatment of speaker cones.

1. Mix TP 220 uniformly with a diluting solvent at the required ratio (the impregnation dilution ratio should be defined according to actual needs).
2. Immerse the speaker cone directly into the prepared TP 220 impregnation solution (the impregnation time should be defined according to on site operating conditions).
3. Place the impregnated cone in an oven at 100–120 ℃ for drying. Depending on bubble formation, the drying time may be extended or the baking temperature may be appropriately lowered according to production conditions.
