Product Feature and Application
Application: This product is specifically designed for the waterproof treatment of speaker cones.
- Uniformly mix LP 035 with a diluting solvent at the required ratio (the impregnation dilution ratio should be defined according to actual needs).
- Immerse the speaker cone directly into the prepared LP 035 impregnation solution (the impregnation time should be defined according to on site operating conditions).
- Place the impregnated cone in an oven at 100–120 ℃ for drying. Depending on bubble formation, the drying time may be extended or the baking temperature may be appropriately lowered according to production conditions.
