Product Feature and Application
Application：This product is widely used in men's and women's genuine leather shoes, casual footwear, athletic sneakers, and vulcanized shoes.
- Suitable for double-sided spraying.
- Coverage: approximately 12 m²/kg.
- Spray evenly to avoid excessive buildup or insufficient coverage.
- Maintain spray gun pressure between 3–8 kg/cm² (approximately 0.3–0.8 MPa).
- Apply appropriate pressure during bonding to ensure better adhesion.
- Ensure the material surface is thoroughly cleaned, free from oil, dust, or other contaminants.
- Direct the nozzle toward the material surface and spray evenly.
- After uniform spraying, allow 1–5 minutes before bonding.
- Applying moderate pressure during bonding will enhance adhesion, with maximum bond strength achieved after 24 hours.
