In terms of formulation, EV78 is a one‑component surface treatment agent with light‑yellow liquid appearance. It supports direct use out‑of‑the‑box for convenient on‑site operation. For higher‑grade bonding requirements, adding 5‑10% hardener F306 can further optimize overall performance. The product delivers outstanding wetting and activation capacity, which can fully activate the inert EVA surface to lay a solid foundation for subsequent adhesive tack and high‑strength bonding.
EV78 provides excellent treatment performance and remarkable frost resistance, maintaining stable treatment effect under low‑temperature working conditions. Note: This primer is not resistant to yellowing, so it is more suitable for dark‑colored EVA substrates and products without strict anti‑yellowing requirements. For ordinary standard EVA substrates, EV78 can realize effective surface modification by direct treatment without complicated pre‑grinding procedures.

Product Feature and Application
- After cleaning the EVA material surface, apply EV78 primer evenly by brush or cloth.
- For better performance, mix EV78 with 5‑10% hardener F306 before application. Dry properly in oven before applying adhesive.
- Apply follow‑up adhesive evenly and fully, avoid partial thin coating or excessive glue accumulation.
Reminder: Not recommended for light‑colored products with strict anti‑yellowing standards.
