In the production of high-end rubber products, light-colored rubber substrates such as white rubber and TPR face two challenges when it comes to bonding: they need to be bonded strongly while maintaining their color over the long term without yellowing. White rubber primer R126H‑4 is specifically designed to meet this need. It significantly improves adhesion while offering excellent yellowing resistance-delivering both durable bonding and preserved aesthetic quality. This high-performance primer works through surface activation, improving the substrate's bonding characteristics and surface wettability, making subsequent adhesive application easier and more effective. Another major processing advantage is that for most rubber materials, it eliminates the need for sanding-streamlining production workflows, reducing manual steps, and preventing damage to structurally delicate or surface-sensitive components. No more worrying about sanding damaging the substrate. For optimal performance, 0.6–1.5% additive B powder should be added during use. This enhances the chemical resistance, thermal stability, and ultimate bond durability of the treatment layer, making the bonding results last longer.

1. When treating white or light-colored rubber, add B powder as needed, typically between 0.5% and 1.2%. After adding the powder, stir until fully dissolved and evenly mixed. For best results, use the mixed primer within 2 hours.
2. After cleaning the shoe material surface, apply this primer evenly using a brush or cloth.
3. Drying time: Dry in an oven at 65±5°C for 2–4 minutes before applying adhesive. Apply the adhesive evenly and completely, avoiding insufficient coverage or excessive buildup.
4. Avoid using metal containers. Use only plastic or ceramic containers for storage and handling.
