PU cleaning primer 218F, as a next-generation high-performance surface treatment agent, is specifically developed for difficult-to-bond polymer materials such as PU and KPU. It integrates three functions-cleaning, etching, and activation-into one, transforming inert, hard-to-adhere surfaces into an ideal state for bonding and laying a solid foundation for subsequent high-strength adhesion. For best results, it is recommended to add about 5% hardener F306 or F309. For extremely challenging materials like polyether-based PU, the proportion of F306 can be increased to 5–10%. After mixing, the primer forms a crosslinked structure, offering far superior chemical resistance and interfacial durability compared to conventional treatment products.

PU cleaning primer 218F is an iterative upgrade of 212F, with significant improvements in surface activation capability, wetting performance, and bonding stability under harsh conditions such as humidity and thermal shock. 1. After cleaning the shoe material surface, evenly apply this primer using a brush or cloth.
2. Drying time: Dry in an oven at 55±5°C for 2–4 minutes before applying the adhesive.
