Graft adhesive is mainly used in the footwear industry, including processes such as upper joining, molding, heel wrapping, leather overlay, EVA bonding, outsole processing, and insole bonding. It is also used in the bag and handbag industry for edge folding and fabric bonding, and in the manufacturing of jewelry packaging, handicrafts, basketballs/balls, jewelry boxes, and packaging boxes. Graft adhesive is suitable for bonding materials such as PVC leather, PU leather, nylon fabric, genuine leather, velour, fabrics, EVA, sponge, insole plates, and leather, as well as bonding with cardboard, plywood, metal, and plastics.
Based on its application, graft adhesive can be divided into pure graft adhesive, composite graft adhesive, and hardened graft adhesive. Pure graft adhesive is suitable for industries with high environmental protection requirements, such as mattress processing and automotive interior processing. Composite graft adhesive is used in vulcanized materials and various special applications, such as as raw materials for insoles or injection molding materials for special products. Hardened graft adhesive is used in tire repair and road repair.
Graft adhesive can be applied manually by brushing, squeezing, or rolling. Both sides must be coated. Allow to dry at room temperature for 10-120 minutes before bonding and applying pressure.
