Product Feature and Application
- Remove dust and surface dirt from shoe components; apply 203F evenly by brush or clean cloth over bonding zones.
- Drying option (oven drying): Heat treated parts inside oven at 55±5℃ for 2‑4 minutes. Make sure solvent evaporates thoroughly.
- Apply PU adhesive mixed with 5% R820 hardener uniformly, avoid insufficient coverage or thick accumulated glue layer.
- Bake adhesive‑coated pieces at 60±5℃ for 3‑5 minutes, then proceed to lamination and pressing operation.
