Graft adhesive is suitable for both manual brushing and machine roller coating. Applicable processes and equipment include manual brushing, extrusion coating, and machine roller coating.

The general operating procedure is to apply the adhesive to the materials to be bonded, allow it to dry at room temperature for 10 to 120 minutes, then bond and apply pressure. Check the bonding effect after 24 hours.

In the footwear industry, it is used in processes such as upper bonding, heel bonding, EVA bonding, outsole processing, and insole bonding. Specifically, for upper bonding, apply the adhesive to the materials to be bonded, allow it to dry at room temperature for 10 to 100 minutes, then bond and apply pressure. In the bag and handbag industry, it is used in processes such as hemming, fabric bonding, binding strip bonding, and lining bonding. During operation, apply the adhesive to the materials to be bonded, allow it to dry at room temperature for approximately 10 to 120 minutes, then bond and apply pressure.

Avoid applying the adhesive in high humidity environments. Do not leave the adhesive out of the oven for too long after it has finished drying. If the bonding is unsatisfactory, it may be due to applying the adhesive too late or the material containing too many impurities. A slight darkening of the adhesive color after prolonged storage is normal and does not affect its performance.
