Vulcanized rubber is a material formed by vulcanizing raw rubber. Elastomer Repair: In the repair of dynamic components such as conveyor belts and rubber tracks, vulcanized rubber can achieve the same elastic modulus as the original material, and the impact strength of the repaired part reaches more than 90% of that of the new part.
Heterogeneous Material Bonding: By adding coupling agents, rubber can be bonded to different materials such as metals, plastics, and ceramics, and is widely used in automotive braking systems and electronic equipment vibration damping.
Sealing Function: The dense structure formed after vulcanization can withstand pressures of 0.5-3 MPa, replacing traditional gaskets in scenarios such as pipe joint sealing and equipment flange connections.
